If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within this window will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.

Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Please note that deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable unless the cancellation occurs outside the specified notice period or due to our inability to fulfill the scheduled service. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
